A skip permit will typically last one or two weeks, but this will depend on the Council used. You can extend this period for additional fee if needed.
How long does the permit last?
*If you need more than 2 weeks we will have to notify & pay the Council additional fees.
You don't need a permit from the Council if the skip placed on your driveway. But you may want to check your lease or anyone you share a driveway with.*
Do I need a permit for my driveway?

If your skip needs to be placed in another persons private parking bay or pay & display area, you may have to pay additional fees. Fees vary by each Council & are charged by the day*
What if there is a controlled parking zone? (CPZ)
*These fees depending on area can be free or upwards of £100 per day.
